Contact free checkin & departure. 2 day period between guest for cleaning, airing & sanitizing! Private entrance & outdoor space!

Entrance is 16 feet of pocket doors facing pool/jacuzzi, tree lined with total privacy
and pool side seating with outdoor barbecue.
Casitas has vaulted ceilings w/open floor plan, modern/contemporary furnishing with a warm vibe, 8 foot island w/quartz counter top & seating for four. ceiling fan, 8 foot wood divider between bedroom & living area. Queen size bed, armoire & end table with 6 foot leather couch (double sofa bed), coffee table and side chair facing pool area. Bathroom has shower with bench and separate door leading out to pool. Property centrally located. 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from LAX, 20 minutes from SoFi stadium, 30 minutes to downtown and 45 minutes to Universal & Disneyland.

Either place towels in laundry bag next to washer & dryer, or put in washing mackine or shower .... no washing necessary
Please fold back duvet on bed when sleeping and remove sheets & place on bed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
there is a sofa bed which can accomodate one person guest or child
Upon departing, towels should be put in used laundry bag or machine, dirty dishes in dishwasher &
Trash removed from Casita to outside!
