This property was fantastic! The view from this house is gorgeous, and the home was super clean. The beds were comfortable, and the appliances were modern, clean, and worked well, including the outdoor grill! My boys loved fishing off the pier where they caught a variety of fish. The house had everything we needed to cook dinners through the week, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, too. Everything is updated in the home, and the house was pet friendly. We loved our stay here!

The home is in a great location, however:1. The owner knew we were bringing a boat, but double-booked the boat dock and lift with another person who was not scheduled to check in until after we left.2. The owner brought the new renters early, while we were still in the VRBO, to look at the place. This has never happened to us and was very invasive.3. The master bedroom had cockroaches, so we are skeptical about how clean the house really was.4. All rooms had poor ventilation ducts, even with the air conditioner on low, and needed a ceiling fan or some kind of fan for better air flow. 5. The neighbors had their cars, trucks, and boat trailers parked in the street, so we had to hunt down the owners so we could maneuver our trailer in and out of the driveway.

Der Aussenbereich war staubig. Der Hot Tub war dreckig, wirklich dreckig. Auch der Pool war nicht gereinigt. Ebenfalls hatte es viel Staub in der Wohnung. Die Garage war voll mit Werk- und Mal-Zeug, sodass die Einfahrt nicht so grosszügig war.Wir mussten etwa 36 Stunden warten, bis der Hot Tub bereit (nach der Reinigung aufgewärmt) war. Ebenfalls mussten wir die Putzleute für Innen und Aussen rund 3 Stunden vertragen.

Ebenso bedauern wir die Situation mit der Garage, die eingeschränkte Einfahrt sowie die Wartezeit, bis der Hot Tub nach der Reinigung aufgeheizt war. Auch die Unannehmlichkeiten durch die Reinigungsarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich tun uns sehr leid. Bitte seien Sie versichert, dass wir Ihre Hinweise sehr ernst nehmen und diese intern sorgfältig prüfen, um solche Vorkommnisse künftig zu vermeiden. Vielen Dank nochmals für Ihre Rückmeldung.
