This home is conveniently located in town. Approximately 0.2 miles to the nearest Coffee Shop, 0.6 miles to the Beach, and 0.4 miles to shops and restaurants. There is plenty of space in the driveway to park 4 vehicles and your watercraft. Cook the day's catch on the charcoal grill. Enjoy the breeze while sipping on your morning coffee from the front balcony. Inside you will never feel left out of the conversations in the open living/dining and kitchen area. Pops of bright colors and a beach theme throughout make the home relaxing and inviting. The dining table has seating for 4 to sit and enjoy meals or to play games. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large bar for prepping your meals with additional seating for 4. The living area hosts a modern couch with an attached lounge, 3 chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, and cable. Utilize the washer and dryer for rinsing off the sand from your beach attire and towels. The first bedroom (BR1) has a Queen-sized bed with colors of orange and turquoise, nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV. The second bedroom (BR2) has a Twin over Full bunk bed with an extra twin in a blue nautical theme, a wall-mounted TV, and a desk for kids to read, color, or play games. The shared hallway guest bathroom has a tub/shower. The Master bedroom (BR3) has a King-size bed with the blue and yellow fish theme, a wall-mounted TV, a closet, and a chest for clothing.
