LOCATION
Located on the north-end of Lake Muskoka, a short car ride to Port Carling or Bala in less than 10 minutes, or boat the "Big 3" Muskoka Lakes right from your dock.

PROPERTY
The cottage offers multiple sitting areas with walkouts from both levels. Main floor with open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you need to prepare family feasts., large island with seating for 3. Dining table seats 6, walkout to outdoor patio. Living room with 3- seater couch, 1 chair, smart TV, Casio Keyboard Piano. Lower lever with spaces living room equipped with wood burning firestove(seasonal use only). A large 3 Season Muskoka Room includes 4 seats patio sofa and tea table, an 8 seats outdoor dining table.And Laundry Facilities. Above the bunky there are 3 full size beds and an air hockey also a 3-seater couch with a coffee table, a perfect kids zoom.(no washroom above the bunky)

Beautiful place. Only downside was the lake is quite weedy off the dock. We were able to paddle out and go swimming in other areas of the lake.

Our group had a lovely stay. The cottage was well equipped with a full kitchen, bbq, and watercrafts. Check in was easy and Eve was always responsive. Overall amazing experience!

We had a great time on our vacation at this property!Eve was fantastic and responded very quickly!Location was amazing,the only thing we would have preferred was a better swimming area.Location had quite a bit of weeds.

It was a very nice cottage with great amenities. The kayaks and canoe were definitely a bonus and my kids had a blast. We brought life jackets but plenty of life jackets were provided if we didn’t. A question I had was related to what is provided as far as dish soap, laundry detergent paper towel and cleaners. All are provided and a full kitchen to cook whatever you wish. The bbq also had a spare tank if needed so there was no way we were running out.My communication with the hosts was always pleasant and they answered all questions I had in more than reasonable response times.The fire pit was nice, and the scenery was excellent with water front property.If I had to complain about one thing it would be the rain, but given the multiple options of this cottage we still had a great time!!!We would definitely visit this cottage again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was fantastic and close to both Port Carling and Bala. The cottage is extremely clean and the photos are accurate. The host was quick to respond to questions. We will be back!
