The AC didn’t work the whole time we were there. It was 87 when we arrived. Got lucky and the weather was cool at night 60 so the house got down to 74 during then. Still slept really bad.Host never responded to a single message about this. The umbrellas were on the ground scattered throughout the backyard and there was a bunch of trash on the side of the house.Photos were accurate just unfortunately had the issues described above

Hi Thad, we had unfortunate situation with AC unit , but we offer you to come and fix it while you are there we never get respond from you. We want to apologize and whenever you are in Vegas you have one night free . we fixed AC problem the very next day. Many thanks for your stay

Beautiful home, very clean and well stocked with all the basics. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the seating in the kitchen/dining room. The chairs are all tall and not super sturdy in design. We would definitely stay again!
