This cottage was the perfect place for our family vacation. The beds were comfortable. Our children enjoyed their rooms. The decor was relaxing. Very clean. Appliances were brand new. The breeze that we enjoyed on the porch was heavenly!

Amazing place! I'm going to try to make it my official 4th of July vacation every year. I originally booked for 6 people but it ended up just being my wife and I. So it was a little pricey. But still well, well worth the money. The pool is super clean and very warm. I'd recommend this place to every person I know.

This property is so close to Plymouth Plantation we feel like we found a hidden gem! The owner was very responsive, and it was so convenient to all the Cape Cod beaches and coastal towns - this was an ideal vacation stay for our family with 2 girls!

A beautiful, clean and relaxing cottage, with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The owner/host ensure the cottage is stocked with everything needed in an home, making the stay is easy. A quiet and convenient location. We enjoyed the pool, multiple porches and ocean breeze.

Wonderful charming property. Loved the quality of the bedding. We didn't use the pool, as we didn't have the time, we were engaged in wedding festivities, but it looked inviting and clean (and warm). Has everything you would need.

The interior of the house was perfect for our family. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed. The host seemed very nice and responded to texts right away. However, when we arrived, we couldn’t figure out where to park because of the tall grass (it was up to our knees). I messaged the host immediately when we arrived on Monday. She said she would call the mowers. I messaged her again on Tuesday because we couldn’t enjoy the pool because grass was too high to sit out there and the water was too low and wasn’t filtering. She told us Wednesday that they would mow on Thursday, but the pool guy would come fix the pool. The pool got fixed on Wednesday, but the grass never got cut. The outside furniture was too dirty to use. It was not the picturesque outside in the picture. We love the outdoors and were very disappointed we couldn’t really enjoy the outside.

This is a cute property but not what I expected. The “fenced in yard” was the most disappointing. It was a tiny area just around the pool (which was also small, about the size of two hot tubs) and a tiny bit of grass. Though there was a large amount of land around the property, the dogs couldn’t run around and instead had to be on leash just to get to the fenced in area. There was also no beach access, minus going to the main road and walking/driving, Seeing the ocean and not being able to get to it was a bit sad but understandable since it was not advertised.The downstairs bedroom has about a 4% slope which was a bit disorientating. The upstairs bedroom was large and I found the bed to be very comfortable. There was a well stocked kitchen, adorable bunk beds for kids, and a good bathroom. Everything you’d need is stocked: hairdryer, iron, laundry detergent, maxi pads, everything. If you want a place for kids this is cute; if your dogs are used to being on a leash it’s perfect, but if your dogs are used to an actual fenced in yard this probably isn’t the place for you.

The inside of the property was as expected. It was clean and it had all the ammenities as decribed in the listing. The outside of the property had not been maintained. The grass was two feet high and all the outside furnishings were dirty, chairs, cushions and picnic table. It looked like nothing had been done since the winter. All the landscaping was in terrible shape. We could not use the pool walking through the weeds. The pool was relatively clean but I could not find a skimmer to take out the tree droppings so we avoided that all weekend.We thought someone had come to cut the grass on Friday but all they did was leaf blow the porch. The cut the lawn of the smaller property down the road.
