Our 4-day stay was very nice, the house is beautiful. Everything you needed. The private lake was beautiful. The host, Ashley was so very nice and answered questions we had. Overall a very nice home to stay at.

Stay was perfect for our group. House is walking distance to the grocery store, gym and good breakfast place. Also it is very close to Tanner Lake which is a beautiful area to hike and walk around. Accommodations were great - we were a group of 6 and fit us perfect. It was very relaxing.

Nice place excellent location. A ton of stairs!!! if you have bad knees , this place is not for you. Of course you could walk up a few and stay on the main floor, which is where one person stayed the whole visit. The only complaint is that the downstairs needs a separate air-conditioning unit. It stayed like an ice box the entire trip ,while the upstairs was set to 76 other than that it’s a beautiful home. Everything is there that you need for cooking accommodations, it would be great to have a Tv on the main floor for those that couldn’t walk the stairs, but we weren’t there to watch tv! Rest is what we wanted, and it’s definitely great for that!

The property was fantastic! Except for the stairs for us older folks...LOL! The owners provide amenities far and away better than any other property we have stayed at. Soaps, shampoo, kitchen items, etc. Their cookware top of the line. Would stay here again definitely!

The house was just as described, very spacious, comfortable beds and over all nicely decorated. Internet was also great, which was important with 4 young adults in home office. The only thing we noticed was that the floors were very dirty upon arrival, taking the shoes off or going bare foot in the house was not an option. Also the kitchen is a organizational mess, which didn't hinder us to cook but made it a bit more difficult. These are all things that can be easily corrected!The few glitches we had were made up by a very responsive property manager! Matters were addressed promptly and effectively. After the AC went out at the end of our stay, during very hot days, we even received a discount from the owner. That was also highly appreciated and a nice gesture. Worth mentioning is also Tanner Lake which is just a short drive or walk away and a big asset to this rental. I spend many hours there with my grandson while my children worked. Nice family atmosphere, with snack shack, toys to borrow, life guards, boats and planned events. Overall it is a great place and my family and I had a wonderful week in Arnold!!

It’s a nice house and a quiet location, lots of space and fully stocked for anything you need. We enjoyed ourselves.The yard needs some maintenance and upkeep. The house is rustic, but perfect for a family weekend.
