Come enjoy the beach and stay in Sandpiper Cove 1149. You can walk off the back porch and have direct access the beach.
Located on the beachside of Sandpiper Cove, you can sit on your balcony and enjoy some wonderful views of Sandpiper Cove’s private white sandy beach.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 8 comfortably.
The newly renovated open floor plan allows for plenty of space for everyone to gather in the living room or kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with the cooking essentials, and you have a washer and dryer so no worries about coin laundry. The living room is comfortable seating to enjoy the large flat screen TV. The sofa folds out to a Queen sized bed.
The guest bedroom has double sized bunk beds. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower.
The Master bedroom has a King sized bed and an adjacent vanity area. The master bathroom offers a combination tub/shower.
Sandpiper Cove is split into two sides. 1149 is located on the beachside. Across the street are 5 complex pools, complex grills, on-site restaurant, a 9 hold 3-par golf course, and tennis courts.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed at this property for an additional nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet. There is also a $10/pet fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
