Great property and location. The house was as listed. The pool was clean and kitchen fully stocked. Communication with the host had quick responses. My only downfall was the owners requested that the A/C not be below 73 due to the unit freezing, the house didn't get below 75. Also there was no A/C unit in the gameroom/garage. Take this into consideration if you are going during summer. Outside of that the house was perfect. Close to all stores and restaurants. Plenty of sidewalks to walk pets and space for kids to play in the house. Would recommend unless it's the end of June to mid August.

We enjoyed this property— it’s perfect for three generations. It was clean and had plenty of room and a very large multi-purpose dining, living room, kitchen. We didn’t bump into each other. All switched and instructions clearly marked. There is security and a loud notification system for all doors. For small kids, this is helpful but we turned the volume lower. I believe it is a newer VRBO. All towels were soft . We brought plastic wear and paper plates, but the kitchen was wells stocked with all kinds of utensils. We also brought a keurig as the house only had drip coffee. Some of the items were old and ready for upgrades — for example, all things in the garage — ping pong and pool tables were small kids. Location— it’s close to shopping and easy going south and west. If you are going to Disney, it wasn’t too bad. Universal and SeaWorld was longer. The neighborhood was quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Also, not mentioned in listing is the neighborhood had a play ground and tennis court. It was a great place to catchup with family, play games, and relax.

This home was great for our family. We came with multiple generations, including a dog and it was fun for all. The pool was the perfect size for everyone. The home was clean and had updates throughout. It does need a few more updates, but nothing was bad at all. The kitchen was stocked with appliances, tools and utensils/plates. There’s a laundry area that works well. The beds and pillows were decently comfortable! The living area was large enough to where our whole family could hangout and not feel crowded. The community is gated and really nicely kept also. We only had small issues like some outlets not working. The home was a little warm in general, but that’s Florida for you! Super great stay, highly recommend for family fun.
