A: Early check-in is possible if there are no guests departing the same day — just ask! Late checkout can be arranged for a $100 fee and must be arranged prior to 48 hours before you leave.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are allowed outside only — with windows and doors closed. Please clean up afterward.

Q: Who can use the resort amenities?
A: All registered guests are welcome! Just send me the names of anyone in your group 48 hours prior to check-in so I can get them added.

The house was in a good area and was exactly what we expected per the photos on the listing. The kitchen was very clean and we had plenty of room for all of us to relax and hang out together. It was a bit cooler than expected so we didn’t get to use the pool as much as we had hoped, but the kids had fun when they were in there and it was nice that we had a personal pool as well as access to the clubhouse pool for more space. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay here again if we come back to the area.

This makes 3 years in a role that my family and I have booked this property. We absolutely love it and will continue to book if going to WDW. The place was amazing. The host made sure we were taken care of and enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean when we showed up and we even had stuff we didnt expect to be provided with. And the best part for the kids was the pool amd themed bedrooms!! We would definitely highly recommend and will be staying again.

Hi! My name is Amanda and I am a busy mom of three boys and a puppy named Rapunzel. Disney World and Orlando have always been big parts of my life, and I'm so thrilled to invite you to be our guest at our home! I grew up in Florida, and am now a Northern Virginian, but I can never stay away from the Sunshine State and Mickey for too long.

Why they chose this property

When I was looking for a property, I wanted to find a place that would be a nice oasis after a long day at theme parks, and also a place that felt like home to me. Paradise Palms offers not only a private pool, but the communal pool is gorgeous, has a tiki bar, and there is even a movie theater and convenience mart at the clubhouse. It's also close to many of my favorite restaurants and shopping, which makes it an ideal place to just hang out in for a few days.

What makes this property unique

We have amazing murals by local artist Paul Labelle, a lovely patio with a private backyard, and unless I'm asleep, you have me. I strive to be available for our guests. Most nights if you are checking in late, I stay up to make sure you got in okay. I make myself available during the day and always get back to your inquiries. Or, if you would prefer, I can be invisible. It's up to you!
