- This single-story home features step-free access
- There is an optional pool heat fee of $125/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
- Complimentary spa usage: 2 hours per day (available for stays of 7+ nights; must request prior to arrival)
- Pool heat must be requested at least 24 hours in advance for the pool to be heated for your stay. It will be heated to 83 degrees
- If you need the spa to be heated, please reach out to the guest contact before your check-in to request it
- Spa heat will be set between 98 and 104 degrees
- The pool and spa operate on a shared heating system; when the pool heat is active, the spa will maintain the same temperature as the pool. The spa heat and jets are unavailable when the pool heat is on
- SPA is included with no charge
- Please note that the pool heat is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Spa heating, when enabled, is available from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- There is a dirt access road leading up to the property
- This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical that no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
- There is a child safety lock available at the property
- Children's pool floaties are available upon request
- Dedicated office space and Highspeed fiber optic WiFi for remote workers
- 2 filled propane tanks provided upon arrival (1 for the grill & 1 for the fire pit); guests staying 7+ nights will need to refill the tanks as needed
- NOTE: Please note that local desert weather, high winds, or inclement weather conditions may cause the heated pool water to feel cooler than expected
- NOTE: This property features an off-grid location in Desert Hot Springs accessed via an unpaved, uneven dirt road. Please drive slowly and exercise caution when traveling to and from the home
