Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please close and put back umbrellas that was used outside
Please empty trash into the trash bins outside by the garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have to mention that there is a RING doorbell by the front door and a RING flood camera by the garage that records 24/7 for security purposes only
No loud music is allowed, especially outside and after dark. NO EXCEPTIONS! It is a peaceful neighborhood, so please be respectful to the neighbors!
Jacuzzi heating is complimentary! Pool heating is also available upon request for a additional charge!
