Booked this spot for a Bachelorette weekend and had a fantastic time! The place looked just like the photos, had a gorgeous view of the ocean, and was perfect for 8 adults. The location was also great as long as you are ok driving a little. It was a quick drive into Newburyport, and close to a few beaches. The Host was also extremely responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

Great views from the front and back of the house! Very spacious living area and close beach access. Listing says it sleeps 10, there are 4 bedrooms plus large couch. The outdoor space needs some work, but we stayed in April so maybe that is something done for summer rentals. Great stay for a group of friends. Very helpful to have street parking along 1A too.
