It's a family-friendly, very cozy basement space. Host was very communicable, only thing that will truly make this experience excellent is to have a check-in and check-out checklist, not mandatory but helpful for sure. Location makes several places walkable which we appreciated.

The owners were very sweet, but they never communicated how we would get into the apartment or that it was in the basement of their house. We drove there not knowing if we'd get in or what to expect. It was okay once we did, but communication would have relieved a lot of concerns.

I would book again. Very nice residential quiet neighborhood. The apt was very clean and spacious. Host was very pleasant to speak with. Amminities were clean.
