We've thoughtfully equipped the suite with the everyday comforts and essentials you may need during your stay, so bring your clothes and personal belongings, settle in, and let us take care of the rest!

With a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, dedicated workspace, in-suite laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities throughout, Silverado Suite is designed to make both short and extended stays comfortable and convenient.

To help you make the most of your visit, we've also created a complimentary Silverado Suite Guest Guidebook featuring our favourite local restaurants, attractions, hidden gems, scenic walks, and ready-made Kingston itineraries. Each featured destination includes a QR code, simply scan it with your phone to pull up the location and directions while you're exploring.

The suite comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in the Queen and Full-size beds. For a 5th guest, a foldable rolling cot (72" × 30") can be set up in the spacious dining area upon request, subject to an additional guest fee.

Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities, and our standards don't change based on the length of the reservation. Whether the previous guest stayed for one night, one week, or longer, the entire suite receives the same thorough cleaning and preparation before you arrive.
Bed linens and bath towels are freshly laundered between every stay, and fresh hygiene essentials are provided for each new reservation. We intentionally use white linens and towels so guests can feel confident that everything has been freshly cleaned, carefully maintained, and prepared specifically for their stay.
We take pride in giving every guest the same clean, fresh and welcoming experience, regardless of how long they're staying. You’ll see our small touches throughout the unit.

• Strictly NO smoking, vaping or cannabis use inside the suite.
• Absolutely NO pets due to severe allergies.
• No parties or loud gatherings, as we're located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood.
• The 5th guest is accommodated on a foldable rolling cot and is subject to an additional guest fee.
