Enjoy this 1bedrm 1 bath, fully stocked kitchen while on your vacation.

There is also a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent in case you want or need to do laundry during your stay.

There is a king sized bed and. A queen sized air mattress with extra bedding.

Enjoy the beautiful resort style pool, office spaces, theater and game room.

The St Johns Town Center is just minutes away in case you want to dine, go shopping or hang out with the locals.

Jax beach is about a 15 minute drive.

Shanier is an amazing hostess. She was extremely accessible at all times and really ensured our long term stay was easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this location for ease of getting around Jacksonville, it is very central to so many things. If you need to visit Jacksonville this is the place to stay!There is a lovely pool, comprehensive gym and easy parking. This location gives you top tier stay benefits at a reasonable price. And having such a lovely hostess really makes it excellent.

Stayed 6 nights while visiting our daughter after recent surgery. After long days it was great to come back to a clean, quiet apartment with a comfortable bed. Everything we needed plus more was provided. Met a nice gentleman in the parking garage who helped us find our way when we arrived. Appreciate the availability of this lovely unit and we hope to stay again as the location works well for us. Thanks, Shanier!
