The condo itself was lovely and clean. Information leading up to our arrival was sparse and confusing since we were bounced back and forth between the owner and a management group that gave different info for times to receive specific payments.

When we arrived there were no utensils, the couches are pretty dirty and there was no vacuum on property. The host or manager was very communicative though. She got us some utensils but for the price the furniture is dated and kind of grungy.

Nice condo. Rating wasn’t a 5 because cleaning crew did a poor job on floors. Excluding sand issues as that is somewhat expected, we had to wear sox because the floor was dirty especially after bath to keep our feet from getting dirty.

The location is amazing. The view - wow! We were there two nights for Valentines/ Mardi Gras. On night two the aquatics person did shut down our hot tub- they were changing the water the following day was the reason. So that was a bit frustrating.

BEAUTIFUL Resort

This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place and this unit did not disappoint. The beds were more comfortable than most, and everything was beautiful! Pools were all very well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We (a group of teachers) have been coming to the beach now for over 10 years and have never had the experience we had this time. It was very eventful. We were super excited about having an ice machine in our condo, however never did get ice from it and was awake every night of our stay because of it. We even had to get the fire department to come check it out because it was burning up (woke up to a burnt fire smell). We were never contacted about the incident from anyone. I feel as though “someone” should be concerned and want to know what happened or what needs to be fixed. On the flip side the condo is very nice and spacious. It was clean and had a nice view.

Excellent condo and location on the beach

Beautiful, spacious condo. Extremely clean and well stocked kitchen. Amazing ocean front balcony with hot tub, maintained and checked daily. Pool bar had excellent drinks and the chair/umbrella service on the beach was outstanding. Strongly recommend.

We found several issues where the unit was not cleaned properly. (Blankets not washed, dirty dishes in cabinets, jets in tub dirty, etc). The pool walls were dirty & our hot tub shut down for 24 hours for routine cleaning . A hair dryer was also not in the room. The unit and view was amazing !
