When looking for a place a hot tub was really important to me. I searched using the key word hot tub. The cottage seemed perfect because it was close to where we needed to be and it listed hot tub on site. With that being said the hot tub was only listed because it was on site for safety- which was confusing to me. However....the host was amazing- he was super accommodating and his communication was excellent. He let us use his hot tub and the cottage was very clean and it worked well for us.

This cottage was amazing. Very cute, very cool lay out, everything you need with character for days. House was pet friendly, small fenced area to let them get air as well. Furnished with everything you could need and even had some cool local things you could purchase during your stay. If you need to be in Orlando, stay here, nothing else needed!

This rental had everything we needed. The host thought of everything. I rent through VBRO a couple of times per year and I loved this place. Close to an amazing golf course plus all the restaurants you could ask for. I will definitely rent from Andrew again.

Great stay!

This is a very spacious guest house in a safe neighborhood. Great location and a short drive to a lot of popular areas. There was construction going on across the street, but the sound didn’t pick up in any of my virtual meetings. The hosts were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Littlr Cottage

We rented this cottage for out of town guests to stay while attending a baby shower. The cottage was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is safe and conveniently located to Publix and restaurants. We will stay here again. The shower very oddly placed, but it was not a problem.

A great property, in one of the nicest areas of Orlando. Super responsive owner when the bathroom door handle broke. Shower is small if you are a big person might not be for you. Super spot if you want access to downtown Orlando but the quiet of a beautiful historic neighborhood.
