Spacious half 1/1 duplex in amazing location!

Relax and unwind. Be in Disney, or Universal in 30 minutes. Everything you need to feel at home and have peace. Right on I75, and right next to the advent health hospital for any travel nurses, or hospital guests. This is a fully private duplex with your own kitchen, laundry, living room, and bathroom. Only parking is shared with next door. 2 Parking spots available, and more can be provided if needed.

The space
This is a one bedroom, and one bathroom unit half of a duplex. Sleeping arrangements are a king size bed in the bedroom, and a large pull out couch mattress in the living room
