"Gone Coastal" is the perfect vacation home located across the street from the beach with easy beach access! It's only steps away from the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches. This beautiful home is situated in a private gated community with a shared pool. It is located on the quiet west side of Panama City Beach close to 30A. Only a 5 minute drive to Pier Park and a couple minutes from Rosemary/Inlet beach.
This home sleeps up to 9 people (set as the maximum number by the fire code). It also has a private elevator! (use of elevator is not always guaranteed in case of maintenance) All bedrooms have a full bathroom and a private balcony! There is a private loft located on the 4th floor with a bunk bed with 2 mattresses and a pull-out mattress that provides a beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony.
The kitchen is stocked with utensils for all of your cooking needs, all stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The kitchen seats 5 people at the table and 3 at the breakfast bar. The living room is spacious with a 55” smart TV and a private balcony. High speed WIFI provided for you to log into your personal streaming app of your choice.
There is a 2 car garage and 2 outside parking spots. There is room for up to 2 mid-size SUVs in the garage and 2 outside. Large commercial passenger vans/vehicles are not allowed and no more than 4 vehicles total are allowed due to space. Parking is available down the road at the Winn Dixie for oversized or extra vehicles.
We work hard in our community to provide the most relaxing and family friendly vacation spot on the west side of Panama City Beach! With that said, you must be 25 years old to rent. Renters found to be renting underage or above the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave the premises and will not be provided with a refund. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

That’s what great property! The kids loved the fourth floor loft. The beds were very comfy. It was right by the pool, which we loved. Not too long of a walk to the beach the kitchen was well stocked. The parking was a little odd, but they get good directions about it. My minivan would not fit in the garage, but my son-in-law‘s CRV fit nicely. All in all this is a great place!

Family Getaway

Wonderful stay with family at a beautiful house. The house had everything we needed for a great family vacation. Located across the street from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Beach access is an easy walk to a quiet beach. Area is very low key with no high rise condos Very convenient to grocery stores and 30a. Communication with owners was excellent.

Great Place for a Family

We really enjoyed our stay. Having access to the elevator was extremely helpful as there are 4 floors. There were plenty of towels and washcloths, kitchen was well stocked. House was well decorated and family friendly. By that I mean that it wasn't so fancy that you had to hold your breath when a child walked through the room, but at the same time it was very nice and comfortable. Parking is a challenge if you have two large vehicles as the 2nd parking space is small and the carport doors are narrow. The area is secure and while we were there things were quiet and orderly. We liked it. The host / hostess was very responsive.

The perfect place for a vacation at the beach!

Gone Coastal was wonderful! It was clean, comfortable, accommodating, and expertly decorated. It was the perfect size for two families of 2 adults and a twenty-one year old. (6 adults) Every time I had a question, the owner got back to me within an hour. The view of the ocean from the loft was nice and the evening breeze from every balcony was very enjoyable. It is 4 stories so be prepared to climb stairs. We will definitely stay here again. It’s one of the best properties we have stayed in whole at PCB.

Fall Break Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the fact that each of our three families had their own private bathrooms and also the additional benefit of having a garage to easily store our beach gear. Even though this property is across the street from the beach, it is a very easy walk, even for us two seniors. The beach is not crowded, and the water is so crystal clear. We also loved the fact that this is our first time renting through VRBO, so we were a little nervous. However, we were so pleased at the quick and kind response to the issue with the air conditioning. Thank you for taking care of this so quickly. We loved it so much we stayed extra days! We definitely want to stay at your property again. Thanks again for sharing your lovely home.

We enjoyed the location very much. We were unaware that the fourth floor had no bath and no elevator access which was bothersome for senior citizens. The bed linens were the wrong size on all but two beds. The condo was well equipped.

Long 4th of July Weekend

We were a party of 6 adults. The location is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, and access easy beach access right across the street without public parking so the beach doesn't get crowded! Would recommend and stay again.
