This place has an incredible view from the porch and is just minutes from downtown Grand Lake as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. It looks recently updated and feels quite comfortable.

Location was grate. We're disappointed there wasn't a gas grill. The mattresses were very firm, almost too firm. Had a lovely time nonetheless.

Lovely condo. Sliding door sticks. Could use bath mats. We are older individuals and without mat floor was slippery. View from balcony awesome. Easy access to town. Quiet area.

Wonderful stay!! This was such a great, low key, easy access to RMNP stay. We truly enjoyed it... we stayed in late Sept for the Aspens and Elk.... the view from the condo was incredible, such a great view of Grand Lake. I'll post pictures. Very nice condo area, quiet, and had everything we needed. Would (and maybe will) absolutely stay here again!
