I stayed at this residence a few weeks back with about 14 other members of my extended family.. From the beginning we had problems, including a dirty pool and clothes dryers that didn’t work. The biggest problem, however, was that there were no working lights in the kitchen or outside by the pool for the entire week. This was a problem for obvious reasons, but especially for our senior citizens at night who wanted to make use of the kitchen area. We also were not able to swim with our kids after dark due to safety concerns. Each day that I was there I reached out to the property manager, Casago, to ask that this be fixed. They repeatedly informed me they would fix the problem, but no one showed up. After leaving, I reached out to the management company to ask that I be compensated for these deficiencies by simply not being charged for use of the grill for the week or by having some form of rebate. I was told that they would pass along this request to somebody. I haven’t heard a thing since and a charge for using the grill showed up on my credit card statement. Incidentally, I was not informed by anyone that there would be an extra charge for use of the grill until we arrived. Bottom line: this property is not worth the expensive price due to the deficiencies I mentioned and the management company is either totally incompetent or simply doesn’t care enough to help the renters. Large families looking for a place worth this cost must look elsewhere.
