Hike, bike or explore Breckenridge just minutes from your doorstep

Enjoy all that Breckenridge has to offer through the summer, from festivals to 4th July Parade, Farmers markets to boutique shopping all within easy walking distance. Escape the crowds on the local trails or relax by the heated pool and hot tubs our condo would make the ideal base for all your summer activities

Just an 8minute walk to/from the base of Peak

The Entryway offers plenty of storage space for all your gear including bikes. Short stairs lead up to the living area or down to the bedrooms.

The open, relaxing living/dining room has a new gas fireplace for cosy nights in, two sofas and a full dining table with seating for six, suitable for quick snacks or a family feast prepared in the well-equipped kitchen (includes Keurig). Above the fireplace is a 50" Smart TV with bluetooth 2.1 soundbar. With full cable and wifi included, you can browse the 100+ channels or sign-in to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. with your own account on the TV or connect your own devices. One sofa converts into a Queen bed and a convenient upstairs bathroom includes a brand new shower cubicle.

Downstairs are two bedrooms, both with Queen beds. The master has a second Smart TV while the second includes a twin bunk, comfortably accommodating 6 people. Also downstairs is a washroom with separate toilet/bath/shower.

The condo includes access to communal hot tubs and outdoor heated pool. Also included is one on-site parking space, though we recommend one of the many shuttle companies operating frequently between the airport and Breck allowing you to skip the snowy drive, since the location means no car required!

As locals living in town, we would be delighted to help out with any questions regarding the area or activities.

This was a great stay - the host was really responsive and helpful with questions we had leading up to and during our stay. The location was excellent with a bus stop practically at the doorstep with acces to all parts of town, but it was also very walkable.There was plenty of space and the kitchen was very well-equipped. There were plenty of dishes, cooking implements and appliances to make all our meals. The property was clean and was perfect for a fall stay, but would be great during ski season as well. We didn't use the hot tubs that are available for the property, but they looked nice and there is coin operated laundry available just a couple of doors down.Overall it was a great stay and we really liked this spot.

Outdated, pitiful decor, few plugs, “view” from balcony is the parking lot. The steps to the downstairs bedroom are not the same height and causes unbalance. The kitchen is well stocked with everything and plenty “extra’s”. Great appliances.

The Condo was very clean and in a good central location for our family spring break. It was an easy walk to the ski hill and to town. The pool area was a nice addition to relax after skiing. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this comfy condo - description was accurate, great location, and comfortable living space. But really, what made it stand out was Victoria's wonderful hospitality. She is attentive, reaching out several times to meet our needs, responsive to questions/concerns, and so kind in her willingness to make us happy. Additionally, it was wonderful to find laundry detergent, shampoo, lotions and plenty of paper supplies - many times you only find the minimum. THANK YOU Victoria!

Our first time visiting Breckenridge to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, and our stay truly felt like a home away from home. The space was welcoming, inviting, and very spacious. We never felt crowded at all. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully set up, which made our time celebrating such a milestone extra special.Victoria was very responsive and gave awesome recommendations for dining and getting ski rentals/gear.The location was perfect, close to Main Street, within easy walking distance to shops, dining, and Peak 9. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Breckenridge!

Quick easy stay

Loved staying here with my family! Complex was very quiet and extremely close to downtown was able to walk to most things. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again!
