Family friendly beach home offers single level living with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths located in the quiet resort/golf community of Salt Pond less than 1 mile from the beach and town of Bethany. This comfortable vacation getaway features bright and cheerful decor with a spacious backyard and screen porch to relax and recharge with family and friends. Amenities include central air conditioning, full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 2 TVs, WiFi, gas grill, deck and screen porch. The kids will love the Salt Pond community center with pools, tennis courts, children's play area and other amenities. You can enjoy a round of golf, relax on the beach, fish, shop or just enjoy time away with family and friends! Convenient location close to shopping and restaurants! Community Fee of $150.00 charge per reservation. Kayakers and canoers will enjoy cruising on the Salt Pond!! Golf green fees are separate. Dog Friendly with $175.00 pet fee. Mini Weeks available all season!
