Wonderfull house

It is renovated, very clean and very cozy. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.The kitchen is great and very well equipped. The access to lake is easy and we spent a lot of time on the deck.

We had a great time. Grandkids loved fishing at the boat dock. Loved the kitchen in this house. We had a few issues and they took care of it promptly.

House is very nice. We had a few issues, but nothing terrible. House was a bit too divided for our family. There are 2 bedrooms on one floor, a second bedroom on a lower floor and another studio room that has no access from inside the home.

The downstairs was not clean when we got there at 4:30, and one of the rooms smelled like cat pee. The trash was completely full and spilled out all over the drive. The owner said that trash pick up was the same day, we heard the truck, but they did not pick up the trash. We were short towels in extra bathroom. Dust and bugs on windows sills and corners of the room floors.

This is obviously a well-loved home. Great size and fabulous lake view; however, a more complete description would have been better. Our group was all over 70 years of age . . . all athletes there for a tennis tournament, but still, over 70! The indoor stairs to one of the lower bedrooms was extremely steep with a charming, decorative nautical rope instead of a handrail - hazardous for the best of folks. The other bedroom on the lower level is accessed from the outside only and has only a half bath, no shower. The full bath on the upper level has a nice walk-in tub but no regular stand-up shower. A more complete description would be helpful for decision-making, especially for senior citizens and families with small children.Information on the TV access would be helpful in the information book provided; however, the information consisted of nicely curated booklets on each of the kitchens high-tech appliances, which were truly of no help at all. More information about TVs, expectations of check-out duties of guests, etc. would be useful. We were lucky to happen onto the owner who gave us info on the use of the thermostat and a couple of other things that would have required a call to the property manager.There were plenty of very nice towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had every utensil possible with dishes, serviceware and pots and pans to cook for a family!
