The cabin we rented was awesome, with its view of the Smokey's.
We traveled with our motorcycles and could not find a bad road. No matter what direction we headed or which way we turned, the drive was beautiful and scenic.
This was a great cabin with all the amenities! Great communication with hosts, very easy to check in and out. The views are wonderful and the outdoor spaces on the porches are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the mountains.
House was clean and organized. Had all the necessary amenities for 4 adults and 4 children for 4 days and 3 nights. Great location. The view was absolutely incredible! The best part of the stay by far!
This cabin did not disappoint! The view was amazing! Even though it is located in a resort with many other cabins, you feel more secluded on back deck with plenty of privacy. We really wanted to use the outdoor kitchen , but it was just too cold. The drive there was easy roads all the way. We will definitely stay here again!
The house was comfortable and as described. The lounge area with the pool table and the fire pit were great. There’s a card/poker table but the deck of cards had many missing cards so bring your own. The day we decided to use the jacuzzi we realized it wasn’t working. Maintenance came the following day and replaced the pump and told us to give it 2-3 hours to heat up which we did. The water never warmed up so we reported it and asked for a partial refund. Communication had been great up to that point. Radio silence after that. The jacuzzi was a must for us so we were very disappointed
Beautiful home with lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the equally beautiful scenery. Plenty of room and activities to keep the family engaged.
Plenty of parking for several cars and great space for having to take your 4-legged family members along.
There is only one bedroom on the main floor and all other bedrooms had very limited closet space. Otherwise, the rooms were what you would expect for a home of this type. I would recommend testing the mattresses as some are much firmer than others.
We had only a couple of things that made our stay different from other homes we have booked, mainly it was that there were very limited amounts of complementary conveniences like paper products and kitchen helps (napkins, salt and pepper, spices, etc.).
Overall, a beautiful home and great location.
I just stayed at this beautiful cabin for 6 days while my daughter got married at a cabin 3 cabins down. There was only 4 adults and 1 child staying but the cabin is big enough for many families. To my surprise the beds were comfortable. My experience with rentals are the beds are usually bad so I was happy that for 6 nights I slept good. We didn’t spend much time at the cabin because we were busy with my daughters wedding. But I would highly recommend this cabin. The water pressure is a little weak and there was a little trash in the backyard. But neither of these things would keep me from renting this cabin again. And the view is spectacular!
This cabin was amazing, even better than in the pictures. The view from the balcony was honestly breathtaking. This cabin had plenty of rooms and space and all around was 10/10!
Our first Christmas in the Smokies :) Very nice and clean property—plenty of room for everyone to have some space but large spaces for time together. Christmas tree and outside lights were put up for us and all looked pretty and made us feel at home. Were missing a few basics but property manager was responsive and got items to us right away. Were lucky with the weather so were able to take some advantage of awesome outside spaces and amenities. Great communications and location—would recommend!
Great cabin for our family reunion of 11 with ages from 70s to single digits. We had enough space and it was a great location. Communication with manager was great when needed. Would definitely recommend this property.
an amazing house with amazing views. The house was great, spacious and clean. the patio is the main part of the house and you can spend the entire day there. Host had plenty of propane to use and they even replenished the wood for the bonfire, that was a nice touch because some hosts will not go the extra mile for that. The promptness and attentiveness of the host to the communications we had all along is unparalleled. That was most impressive considering our vast previous experiences with other hosts. my only issue, which is not a big matter, is the pictures of the loft on the site make it seem to have a little more "privacy" than it really does. i assumed it was a loft by itself and it turned out to be just in front of the door to the fourth bedroom (the one with all the bunk beds). Also the internet is very slow which they do warn you about plenty just an FYI if you need it for work or anything more than "text messaging" as they say, ended up using my phone's hotspot which was rather faster than the wifi when everyone was home and connected.
will definitely come back and definitely look to stay with this host specifically if possible.
We were two families including 4 adults and 4 children ages ranging 6-11. Kids had the perfect arrangements in the bunk room on the 2nd floor and had fun in the basement playing pool & video games. The hot tub is an immediate mood stabilizer for them at the end of a long day of hiking and exploring the National Park! Only negative is that the kitchen is a little small and with no pantry space to store stuff, but the island is large & we just stacked all those things there. Kitchen otherwise has all the basic things you need for cooking. Beautiful morning breakfasts on the deck & in the dining space. We forgot a camera there & didn't know it; cleaning crew found it & host contacted us immediately to help make arrangements for its return. They were lovely! Would highly recommend this house!
My wife and I studied VRBO properties in the Smoky Mountains for 4-5 weeks prior to selecting this cabin. One of the most important attributes we were seeking was a great view of the mountains.... AND this cabin certainly had it! The new extended top deck, tree house, and hot tub that was installed a few months ago was awesome! We also enjoyed the fire pit down below. The cabin was also very well appointed and even had items such as an expresso machine and wine cooler. Large TVs in all the rooms and the high-speed internet worked fine. We cooked steaks on the outside kitchen, and really enjoyed playing pool while watching NCAA basketball tournament on the 2 TVs on the bottom floor entertainment room! Prior to arriving, we studied the ‘wide-angle’ photos on the VRBO site and will say we were more impressed when we arrived. The Smoky Mountain Ridge development certainly has a lot of premium cabins, and after entering you still have a little less than 2 miles to get to this cabin… all the way to the TOP! We give this property 5 Stars and would certainly return!
My family and I stayed in this beautiful home in Tennessee which contain much space and breath taking view of the mountains. Besides the home being amazing, it was also well prepared, having all things needed to make ones stay comfy, relaxing, and fun. Lastly I was very pleased with the attention I received from the owner and her team, from the day I arrived to when we left they were always available to help and answer me at any time.
Summed up, our stay was fabulous! Beginning with the property managers (big shout out to Ana, Rhonda and Johnny) for their quick responses and their help with a stress free stay and the awesome cabin and those views! The cabin was comfortable and loaded with all you need for a restful and stress free vacation. Thank you to all for a wonderful vacation.
