The second-floor living area features 10-foot ceilings, ample seating, and a large Smart TV, creating a welcoming space for guests to gather and relax.

Kitchen:
The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining table that seats up to 10 guests comfortably. Perfect for family meals or entertaining.

Bedrooms:
First Floor: Four bedrooms, including two master suites with en-suite bathrooms, and two additional bedrooms with shared access to the third full bathroom.
Second Floor: One master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Penthouse Level:
The third-floor penthouse is a highlight of the home, featuring a wet bar with a sink, fridge, and ice maker, as well as a 60-inch Smart TV, a half bath, and two decks:

Access to the beach was right across the street, and with 3 balconies we could always find the perfect spot if we didn’t want to hit the waves. Kitchen was well equipped: we joked that we were sure anything we were looking for was there if we could just find it!

The Views

This property was in a perfect location, away from the crowds. It was beautiful inside and outside! We enjoyed the marsh AND beach views! Plus it was a great dog friendly home!

Perfect Folly Weekend

We spent Memorial Day weekend at iSea360 and couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. The home is located on the quiet end of the island and allows for breathtaking views of the ocean and marsh from the main level and also the amazing rooftop deck. There were 6 of us so we all had our own room and were very comfortable. The house was clean and it was great being able to bring our pet along. Parking can be an issue as you go into town so I would highly recommend renting a golf cart. We used Starfire and their LSV’s are incredible. I would highly recommend this house! Will definitely stay again!

Christmas Family Trip

Our family and soon to be family enjoyed the Christmas holiday at your lovely home. We enjoyed the view of the lighthouse and the size of the house, so everyone had their own space. We had lots of rain during the time we were there and weren't able to see the lighthouse lit up as well as we had hoped. We enjoyed our visit.

Anniversary week

Loved the property! Third week of may we always go to folly! We were married there on the beach in 2017 and we invite the family for some togetherness and its always a blast. Thank you for this years memories.

Clean Property with Great Rooftop

This property was really clean, especially for being pet friendly. The rooftop was definitely the highlight of the trip. With views of thr ocean from 1 side and the marsh on the other there was no shortage of great views. The bonus from my perspective was protected parking in the garage with elevator to get rhe coolers up to the rooftop bar.

Friends Getaway

The property was in a great location with beach access walking distance away! We spent the days at the beach, relaxing on the rooftop patio, and exploring Charleston. Management was great at communicating and answering all of our questions. We had 4 families with kids staying at the property and there were plenty of kids toys and activities for them to do while at the house. We would love to stay again!

amazing views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop decks on both sides are amazing with beautiful views. Our grandchildren loved the toys and little table and chairs and the guys in the house loved the 3rd floor bar area. It is a great family beach house. The best beach accesses are a little far so a golf cart would be nice to have. I would stay here again and if I did, I would rent one. The property management company was great to work with and easy to get in touch with.

Beautiful views

We have a group if 8 adults that go to visit family every year. This has been out favorite house we have rented so far. There is plenty if room for everyone to spread out and plenty of roon to gather together for meals and movie night. The views cannot be beat on the top floor. We did not have the best of weather but the comfy chairs on the top level is perfect to sit and read a book and look up to see the lighthouse. We will definately rent this home again.

The family in folly

Great house, the penthouse room and the roof decks were fantastic. The only issue we had was no hot water when we got there and didn’t know until shower time that evening. We called to report them problem and had to leave a text. Then on Sunday we called the sales/rental office and they got it fixed that afternoon. Then late Monday evening we lost the Wi-Fi and that wasn’t fixed until Wednesday afternoon. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The decks/views are absolutely stunning. One faces the ocean and one faces the marsh. There are lots of stairs but the elevator works well for luggage or groceries. All bedrooms are on the same upper floor except one. That master is on the 2nd floor near the kitchen. The top floor with the decks/tv/wet bar is amazing!! There is a full fridge, ice maker, lots of chairs & bathroom. We could not find a way to make the sterio work though, so ask prior to your rental if it is important to you. The directions they had for it did not work. The house also has a grassy area with chairs facing the marsh, and the beach is across the street. Stores and markets are fairly close by but you'll need a car. There is also Uber/ Lyft. Rita's has excellent food in town. This is a stellar rental. Five stars!
