10/10 best short term rental I’ve ever stayed in

I’ve stayed in a ton of short term rentals and this one checked literally every box. Well stocked, clean, well priced, insane location, and anything else you could think of. The only trade off is the parking but you’ll get over it in about 2 seconds after stepping into the place. No reason to stay anywhere else in Livingston

This place is so unique and amazing! The location can’t be beat, and the outdoor patio is such a wonderful addition. If you enjoy beer, you will not be disappointed in staying right above a brewery! The apartment is fully stocked with any appliance you could need, and the outdoor projector is perfect for enjoying a movie out on the patio on a nice night. If we’re ever back in Livingston, we will definitely stay here again!

This apartment is located on the second floor above some businesses and restaurants, and is very nicely furnished. The kitchen is great and has all what you would need if you were cooking meals. The living room was relaxing, and there is a rooftop terrace. Unfortunately during the stay, the temperature was 100 degrees and was too hot to enjoy the outdoor space. Apartment is located within the downtown area of Livingston, and easy walking distance to multiple businesses and restaurants. Parking can be a bit of a challenge since there is not a dedicated parking space for the apartment. However, we did not have any issues with parking during our stay. If we were to visit Livingston again, we certainly would consider this place again. Thank you!

We were a vacation rental from 2015 through June 2020 and we missed being hospitable to travelers to our great little town. Reading reviews like yours shows we did the right move to open up again.
