Our family recently enjoyed a week at this home in Cozumel. It's the furthest north home you can stay in on the island and the area it's located in is not densely populated. So many days, we were the only ones on the beach with the occasional person or two walking by. The home is fantastic. We had no issues at all and really enjoyed the large open areas for hanging out with the entire family. There is enough seating and space for a large group, but you also have the movie room so there can be multiple groups hanging out but not right on top of each other. There are also balconies galore so everyone can get quiet time when they need to. Everyone said the beds were some of the most comfortable ones they've ever slept in.The pool is great and has a sun deck in the pool which is very nice if you have toddlers that want to just walk around and splash. The beach was a little disappointing in that the water was not clear half the time and there was a lot of seaweed brushing up against you most of the time. But I would chalk that up to the time of year we chose to be there (July). It's more like lake water in NC. We had a few days where the wind was blowing a different direction and the water seemed to be much clearer. They did clean the beach off a few times to remove the seaweed and we did enjoy the water every day we were there. It's calm and the bottom is nice and sandy so the whole family could enjoy.The host (Mariano) is fantastic. He took care of everything A
