This cabin was great for our family reunion with various room configurations that matched up well with the different family members we had with us. The host was responsive to our questions before and during the trip, the kitchen was well appointed and met our needs and overall we had a great experience staying at "Big Red".

A very nice cabin for a family gathering.Very clean upon arrival. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Great game room downstairs, but would have preferred another bunk bed down there instead of so many game machines. The two.” child beds” in the game room are really two small recliner chairs that would only fit a small child for sleeping.

Great cabin for families. Kids loved the game room and were entertained the entire trip. Very close to snow activities and only 20 minutes from Leland Snow Play (our favorite!)Plenty of fresh and clean towels, blankets and linens. Beds were quite comfortable. Clean bathrooms. Lots of DVD's to watch by the toasty fireplace. We would absolutely go back!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Very clean and cozy. The Christmas tree was an unexpected treat that our little ones loved. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed. The pantry items and toiletry supplies were an added bonus. The game room was perfect! We did leave some items that the next guests can use. Already looking at dates for next year’

Perfect for our extended family stay!

We spent a few days here with 3 families and had a wonderful time! It was quite conveniently located for some hiking and snow play near Pinecrest and Dodge Ridge, and the house itself was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, a nice open hang out area for everyone on the main floor, and of course the kids loved the basement!

The Big Red Cabin was perfect for our annual family vacation. Plenty of room for fun, plus enough room to sit on the couch and relax. For an older home, it was well equipped and a great value for the price!

First time staying at Cold Springs, it’s only a couple more minutes to Strawberry, nice neighborhood, cabin was very comfortable for me and my family, we enjoyed the game room!

Great place for a family

This was a beautiful spacious place to enjoy with family including young ones. We will certainly love to visit it again. Unfortunately there was a power outage and no generator. Those who left at 5am in dark had some difficulty but light lamps provided by the owner were of help.

As Advertised

We enjoyed the location and the cabin with its game room. It was great to have all the little supplies provided, such as tooth brushes, hand lotion, soaps, spices, coffee pods, etc. The host was very responsive when we had a slight issue with the fireplace, so we are happy that we rented this cabin.
