From the comfort of the living room, enjoy breathtaking mountain views or step out onto the deck for the ultimate outdoor experience. For the more adventurous, Brian Head Resort is just a short drive away for skiing and snowboarding, while Bryce and Zion National Parks are both an easy hour away for incredible hikes and natural beauty.

When you're back from your outdoor adventures, unwind with a refreshing dip in the pool, light up the outdoor fire pit for s’mores under the stars, or soak away your cares in the 8-person Jacuzzi. If you're in the mood for something a little more active, our spacious game room is fully equipped for endless fun with a pool table, shuffleboard, darts, and more!

A perfect getaway

This is a wonderful property for big groups. There are paces to be together, places for quiet and lots of things for everyone to do. The game room is our favorite. Dawn is wonderful at answering questions quickly so that problems are taken care of.

Our group was multigenerational from seniors, adults, teenagers, preteens and a 3 year old. And when not skiing there was room and fun things to do for all age groups. We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again next winter.

Great Place for our Family Reunion

We enjoyed our stay at Dawn's place and it was a great place for our family reunion and fit our group nicely! The kids loved having space in the game room and outside with lots to do. If you do have kids play outside, make sure to keep them away from the road as there were some people driving fast up and down the road while we were there. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was great. We were concerned to learn it was swamp coolers instead of Airconditioning but the house was cool and no complaints. It’s certainly a ways out there but an overall lovely place to stay.

This is the second time we used this for a family reunion. Great space and location. Close to Newcastle reservoir where we spent one of the days. The water tasted bad so we had to buy bottled water to drink but other than that we had a great stay
