Cute New Cactus Theme Townhome in Cedar City

Family friendly townhome in Cedar City. A great location to stay when visiting the Cedar City and Southern Utah area. Near restaurants, shopping, and I-15. Close access to the walking trails and a community playground.

Two car garage with EV charger included. Guest community parking spaces across the street for larger groups.

Between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. Near Cedar Breaks National Monument.

Near Southern Utah University.

Come enjoy our Cactus Hideaway!

This is a three level townhome. All bedrooms are upstairs. The first level is the main living area. It includes the kitchen, dining, living room, and half bath. There is a sleeper sofa is in the living room. Linens are stored in the pantry. Access to the garage and backyard are on the this level.

The second level has the four bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with tubs. Laundry and extra linens are at the top of the stairs on the second level.

The basement has a living room with two sleeper sofas and a full bathroom with a tub. There is a designated office area as well. 

Keypad is on the front door. The code will be sent to the guest on the day of arrival.

Garage door opener is inside of the home.

All messaging is done through booking website.

Bryce Canyon National Park is a scenic 82 miles away, 1 hour and 40 minute drive.

Zion National Park main entrance is 58 miles away, 1 hour drive.

Cedar Breaks National Monument is 25 miles, 35 minute drive.

Brian Head Ski Resort is 35 miles away, 40 minute drive.

The townhouse was beautiful and very new. Host was very responsive. Location is great with a paved walking trail just behind the townhousem We would definitely stay here again. There is also a very nice playground juat down the street.
