Fantastic location, great pool, rustic charm. Spent 2 weeks here with young family and would highly recommend. The host was readily available to support if required (unexpected power cut due to storm and unexpected doctors visit).

Nice, cool villa on one floor. Good layout with three doors opening from kitchen and living room to front and back of the house. Lovely garden - very green with olive trees and lovely views of the countryside where you can watch or hear swifts, owls and cicadas. Good sized pool in perfect location in the garden. Nice dining table outside kitchen and another table by grill and pizza oven. In the nearby village which is approx 5 minutes drive, there are two small supermarkets, a butchers, a friendly bar and some restaurants. We visited several villages and towns including Todi and Rieti, some of them perched enticingly on hilltops. We went to the very tall man-made waterfall Marmore Falls. There are two lakes fairly nearby. Rome is an hour away by train from Stimigliano which is about 15 mins drive from the villa. Mario and Paulo were helpful and unobtrusive owners who do not live on site. It was a nice touch giving us a bottle of homemade olive oil made from their own olive trees in the garden. Chantal was a good host being easy to contact and answered questions promptly. When we had a problem with our car she rung us up and gave us some advice. Mario and Paulo also helped us by organising lifts back to the villa and tried to help us get car hire. A lovely villa in a very beautiful part of Italy.

Pace e tranquillità

Cercavamo un posto lontano da tutto in pace e tranquillità e ricordandoci di essere già stati qui 4 anni fa lo abbiamo ritrovato. La Villa si trova immersa nella natura e con il parco e la piscina tutta a nostra disposizione è stato un vero relax.siamo stati molto bene. Paolo e Sarah

Superbe location mais des aboiements qui ont gachés nos nuits

Les points positif: • un accueil chaleureux • une très belle situation • un grand terrain en retrait de la route • une maison bien équipée et décorée (la cuisine extérieure est un plus), et très propre • une piscine 5x10 bien positionnée. • la liste des restos et points d’intérêts alentours sont regroupés dans un classeur. Cependant deux points négatifs pour expliquer les 3 étoiles sur l'appréciation générale : • Difficile de rafraichir la maison par forte chaleur et donc de fermer les fenêtres et volets pour dormir • La nuisance des chiens des alentours qui ont aboyés toutes les nuits.
