My Artistic Retreat is nestled in the quiet established West Ashley neighborhood, Windemere.
A pristine, one bedroom, one bathroom duplex apartment with private entrances outside sitting area and backyard access to neighborhood green space.
Conveniently located minutes from Historic Charleston, MUSC / Roper/ VA hospitals, College of Charleston and Folly Beach. Private off street parking. A short stroll to neighborhood restaurants and boutique shopping.
Gourmet eat in kitchen has all the tools of the trade, two internet TV’s, a desk, and comfy seating to let you curl up and unwind or work from home. The full bath features marble and tile with walk-in glass shower.

Great property and superb location

My wife and I booked an extended stay at Teri's property, and it's a fabulous little rental property (30 day+ rental term applies). Teri is a superb owner, - attentive and responsive during our entire stay. Teri and Tyler looked after every detail: professionally clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, high-end linens and towels, great shower, high-end washer/dryer, and even a pair of beach chairs with beach towels. Quiet neighborhood. Easy/ walking access to the Windermere shopping center and West Ashley Greenway. Superb location - five minutes to downtown Charleston, 10-15 minutes to Folly Beach. 15-20 minutes to Sullivan Island and Mount Pleasant. We would gladly stay in Teri's place again!

Look no further....you must stay here!

Our stay here was perfection! The photos really do not do it justice, as it was even more perfect in person. The house is appointed so well and the little details were amazing. There were beverage napkins ready for us, bottles of water, a beach bag packed with beach towels, beach chairs, plenty of dishes and silverware and utensils. There was really no detail overlooked. The neighborhood is just adorable and we loved walking around and looking at all the fabulous houses and there is a long walking path right behind the house. Teri and Tyler and both wonderful. Their style of communication was excellent. We have stayed at many rental properties and this one ranks as one of our favorites. If we are back in the Charleston area we would certainly stay here. Thank you Teri and Tyler for all of your assistance and quick response time.

Perfect place to call home

I absolutely loved staying at Teri’s artistic retreat. It was the perfect place to call home for 6 weeks - brand new renovations, sunny, well equipped kitchen, less than 10 minute drive to downtown, steps away from the West Ashley Greenway... and Teri was the best host - always available and responsive, and truly caring about the property and tenants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Artistic Retreat

What a wonderful place and beautifully decorated! The property owner thought of the little extras you might need and if its not there, you are right around the corner from anyplace you need to go find it.
