Great location. 20 min short drive to downtown Charleston or the beach. Everything else. Is within 5 to 10 min drive. Neighbors are great! Front porch is very peaceful.

I chose this neighborhood because if it’s proximity to downtown Charleston. It is an area that is walkable to bars, stores and restaurants. And the neighbors are super nice and welcoming.

What makes this property unique

So much Love and care went into fixing up this property. From all new flooring and bathrooms to a beautifully renovated chef’s kitchen. I added plantation shutters to make it feel even more and cozy.
The decor is light and bright with unique touches all throughout. A soothing place to rest your head at night - all new mattresses and bedding too! The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Charleston and have a truly comfortable, beautiful home base .
