Cozy house and casita comfortably sleep 8 people and two pull-out beds in the 2nd bonus living room can accommodate up to 3 more. Multiple desks offer work-from-home nooks tucked away from the sound of pool splashes and smoothies blending in the kitchen. Smart TV's, smart locks, smart thermostats, full kitchen... and 4 bikes in the garage to take around town!

We bought this special property to share with our parents as a home-away-from-home to watch the grandkids grow up. We can't use it all of the time, so we hope others will enjoy it as much as we do during the times when we can't!

What makes this property unique

The location is so convenient to everything and the property is very private at the end of a cul-de-sac with no neighbors on 3 sides. It just feels like vacation when you're there.
The house and yard are very spacious - almost twice the size of our family home in Los Angeles!
