We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was in a quiet and easy to get to location, close to creeks, hiking areas, a swing bridge and some waterfalls. reached out to the host with a question and got a quick helpful response, hosts were great. 20 minute drive to a grocery store and close to alot of nice places to eat. Would stay again if ever in the area

We absolutely loved our stay . The house was beautiful as was the location. The cleaning people could really up their game on a lot of things. The shower curtains stunk of wet rags. There was a lot of dust on lamps and other places. The towels need a deep clean .

This cabin was the perfect location for our family over Christmas. They put up a cute tree and garland on the banister. It’s a little bit of a drive into town, but a very pretty drive and we just planned our activities accordingly. The upstairs is very comfy for sitting by the fire and watching a movie or playing one of the many games downstairs. Our family had a wonderful time and took advantage of everything this cute cabin had to offer.

About the host

Host profile image
Chris & Sarah and Chip & Amanda are all Georgia natives who want to share the beauty of our great state with those from around the world. We love spending time in the North Georgia Appalachian Mountains, Chattahoochee National Forest, Aska Adventure Area, Toccoa River and in Blue Ridge, Blairsville & Ellijay because of the natural beauty and variety of activities these areas offer. Hiking, mountain biking, trout fishing, apple picking, fall festivities, kakaying / canoeing / paddle boarding, spending time on Lake Blue Ridge or Nottely Lake and exploring the small towns for shopping, restaurants, bars, breweries, vineyards and wineries. We hope you enjoy your stay and are here to help if you would like any recommendations!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property as soon as we entered the door and saw the massive two story stone fireplace from floor to ceiling with beautiful mountain forest peeping through all of the windows. As we headed to the back deck, our breaths were taken away by the mountain ridge view on the right end of the home. The expansive deck area is great for morning coffee, lounging, reading and games with sounds of the Toccoa River in the background. The cabin location offers ample privacy, river sounds, wildlife and beautiful vistas of the Chattahoochee National Forest and mountain ranges.

What makes this property unique

Super convenient location to explore Blue Ridge, Ellijay & Blairsville during your stay! Cabin features two king master suites on opposite ends of the home and large game room on the lower level with ping pong table and foosball. Huge upper deck has sunset views over mountain ridges and tons of room for al fresco dining, morning coffee and relaxing the day away. Large lower deck includes 7 person hot tub!
