We also appreciate you pointing out the issue you noticed in the bedroom. In Scottsdale and Phoenix, occasional dust or small insects can sometimes appear near vents or exterior-facing areas, especially when AC systems are first turned on after cleaning. That said, we do wish this had been communicated to our team during your stay. Our customer service contact information was provided multiple times prior to arrival and at check-in, and we would have gladly sent housekeeping back immediately to address the concern in real time. It’s also worth noting that there are extremely few properties anywhere in the area capable of accommodating a group of 45 guests together in one private estate setting. Many groups choose ScottsdaleStays because our estates provide significantly more space, privacy, and value than reserving dozens of separate hotel rooms. Yes the two million dollar estate professionally designed and built as a vacation rental estate is awesome. Truly one of the best in the world for a larger group with amenities found in some of the finest resorts in the world. Your large group was too young for the caliber of estate. Leaving all your garbage in the house instead of taking a minute to find one of the 7 garbage cans was truly unique. We do have to be a little selective of our young group abusing the rules, damaging our homes and over packing them to maintain their budget. Robin
