We had such a great experience! The beds were super comfortable, there were tons of games to enjoy, and the hot tub was definitely the highlight. Everything was incredibly well stocked, including plenty of towels, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, and more. The host was quick to respond, and check-in was super easy. We loved that the property felt close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away that it still felt private and peaceful. The views were gorgeous, and we especially loved the big windows and spacious decks. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back!

This cabin is beautiful....wood throughout, open plan and high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows that bring the outside in. The location is perfect, surrounded by the forest, quiet and private, but only a 10 min drive to Fairplay for stores, restaurants etc. This is a great base from which to explore the mountains. The house was very well stocked with essentials, beds were comfortable, and the property was clean throughout. Check in and check out was a breeze, and communication with host was excellent. We were here for burro days in Fairplay and will likely be back for that weekend again, and we would 100% stay it this property again.

Everything easy, hosts were communicative!Place was good, clean, good location. Breakfast and coffee on the way to Breck for those sunrise views. Didnt use the hottub, but it was there! Dog enjoyed running through the trees in the back. Garage parking is nice (not needed this year though)The large main room, open kitchen, and loft with the games were the bees knees
