My wife and I live in this home full-time but enjoy sharing our space with others when we travel. We moved to Fairplay for the convenient drive to Breckenridge (and many other world-class ski areas) and 14,000 ft mountains, while also having quick access to downtown amenities like Prathers Grocery store, local coffee shops, restaurants, and gas stations. We get satisfaction from sharing our home with others and hearing how much they love the home and the views.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood due to the amazing views of the Colorado mountains AND the herds of elk that often roam free in the valley below. The neighborhood is also extremely walkable with well-maintained roads and low vehicle traffic. The home is perfectly situated between world-class ski resorts, fly fishing access in Fairplay, and whitewater rafting in Buena Vista and Salida.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because of the amazing views and amenities for the whole family, including the hot tub, game room, hot cocoa bar, outdoor and indoor fireplaces, and reading net. You won't find a home that has this combination of amenities, view, and perfect location.
