Ce gite dispose d'un excellent potentiel.Toutefois, un ménage en profondeur est indispensable. Il mérite aussi un rafraichissement intérieur et extérieur.L'hébergement est fidèle aux photos, mais elle doivent avoir plusieurs années.Une adaptation au réchauffement climatique va devenir nécessaire.Situation calme et reposante.

Merci Sylvain d’avoir pris le temps de laisser un commentaire. La maison va connaître une grande rénovation en novembre 2026 qui permettra d’avoir une isolation beaucoup plus confortable pour les étés à venir.

Nous avons passé 12jours à Montlouis! Mon conjoint, ma fille de 10ans et moi avons adoré la maison! Elle est parfaitement équipée et l’environnement est tres calme. Elle est située a 10min d’Amboise en voiture et on peut rayonner sur beaucoup de chateaux,, nous avons meme

Charmant huis

Het is een fijn huis, weliswaar wat gedateerd, maar het heeft een heerlijke charme. De slaapkamer heeft een heerlijk bed en de stille plafondventilator is fijn bij warme nachten.

Prima verblijf heerlijk om te fietsen langs de Loire en de wijngaarden tip de entree heeft een opknap beurt nodig en de oprit is krap door de grote heg krassen op de auto

Très belle location

Très bien située. Location tout confort. Propriétaire d’une extrême gentillesse. Beaucoup d’activités culturelles et sportives à proximité. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Loire Valley visit

Quiet semi rural location in an area close to lots of fun things to do and see. Beds were comfortable, home was clean and well stocked in the kitchen with items for cooking or heating food. Alexandre was very responsive and met us at the property both checking in and leaving. We had a good stay.

Maison ds quartier calme &jardin agréables à vivre et en toute simplicité. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour s'y sentir bien avec un équipement complet tant intérieur qu'extérieur. Proximité des châteaux,des chemins de randos...&des vins de Loire!
