The property is exactly what is pictured online. Check in was smooth and efficient. There was plenty of towels and the house was very clean!!! Communication with the Host easy. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, the kids LOVED the pool and backyard space. Location was ideal for our event in Boerne. Hunter was easy to communicate with and we had zero issues during our 11 night stay. AC doesn't go below 68* (which would be nice to know if you sleep hot) and the unit blows upstairs so the 2 secondary rooms are cold and the downstairs master is not. We slept with the bedroom doors open and a fan in the master and remained comfortable.The house is cozy but the spaces are laid out really nicely. There is lots of seating throughout the property. Plenty of bedding and towels and pool towels. A VERY comfortable stay and we are so grateful to Hunter for renting us his beautiful house.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hunter’s great house. It is in a great, convenient location, and a very nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and nice, the beds were comfortable, and we loved being able to sit out by the pool. We would definitely stay at Hunter’s house again!

Perfect house for our party of three. Shared bath was perfect for sharing. Layout allowed privacy but also ensured we were able to comfortably able to sit and chat or have drinks on a rainy evening after dinner. Very walkable to Main Street. Would have loved to have used the pool but Mother Nature had other plans with April showers and cold front. Would definitely stay again.
