Slum lord

The host tried blaming us for the kids bed being broken upon arrival and the mattress was torn up not enough towels for 8 people to take a shower she only supplied 4 towels and their was burns on the carpet along with stains everywhere. The kids room is unsafe it has openings right above the bed and i wouldn't let the kids sleep in that room due to the fear of our 3 year old falling over the wall. I wouldn't recommend anyone renting this place the host posted only enough pictures to fool the people renting the property and she wouldn't respond to my messages after the first night there when i contacted VRBO and that makes me think the house is bugged so she can hear what people are saying. I tried finding another house that night but nothing was available due the cheer competition in the area. Im surprised that VRBO allows her to rent or even post a property on their site. I have stayed in a lot of places with VRBO and this was the worst experience i have ever seen. Oh and the microwave had food left in it but the host said she does an expection before every guest checks in and from my experience at this house she is lying. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE YOU WILL BE UNHAPPY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO PAY MONEY TO STAY IN A DIRTY HOUSE!

Great, but not perfect

Pool was amazing, and we loved the location. The house was missing some of the basics when we got there (soap, trash bags, etc) but the host was kind and cooperative and provided these things when we asked. The beds aren’t great, and we found some trash laying around from the previous stay. The house definitely needs a little updating, but for the price this house was worth it!

Water too cold in pool and dirty surface area, was no hot tub when it was listed. Trash bags would have been nice, no access to garage, and barking dogs next door.

Clean but

Clean, all the essentials but a few issues. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and the floor was better. All of the beds were awful. The only ice are trays to keep up with (not fun). And the grill is a charcoal grill (also not fun). But otherwise the house was as described. I should have read closer there was only one full bath with several adults was a pain. I souks not stay here again because of the beds and only one full bath but otherwise it was a good location, clean and nice place.

Host was friendly and very responsive. House very spacious, but needs work on up keep/ cleanliness. One TV throughout the whole home and poor Wi-fi. Great neighborhood. Pool was a plus but weather did not allow use. Overall home is in great location to everything.
