Be our guest, be our guest, put our accommodations to your test at our luxurious 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath town home. It will feel like your home away from home. Features of our town home include 2 Master Suites with king beds and brand new cool sleep mattresses (as of 1/23), a safe, 26 Inch LCD TVs and 1 Master Suite with full beds no small twins and 20 Inch flat screen TV with built in DVD player. Our living room provides an entertainment center including a 55 inch LCD Sony TV with DVD/VCR, and wireless internet access throughout the home. The kitchen is furnished with full size appliances. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are also included. All suite bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. Our town home is located minutes away from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and walking distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center. Going on vacation with family or friends? We have another town home right next door with the same deluxe accommodations.

Perfect size for our group of 5. We loved the location and the pool. Only complaint was a few of the kitchen chair legs were wobbly. It was dangerous to try and back up in the chair. A few of the legs probably need to be tightened a little.

Perfect Location

Very good place to stay. We had an event at the OCCC west concourse and this was just 5 minutes from there. Very clean and neighborhood very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Stay

We had a very nice stay. The home was very accommodating, clean and in a beautifully manicured neighborhood. The community pool was clean and hospitable. The location is very close to most of the area attractions we went to.

We enjoyed our stay - there were a few minor things such as sheer netting across kitchen sliding doors - felt a bit exposed - some other minor cleaning/wear and tear items but overall enjoyed the stay.

I purchased these properties because of their great proximaty to the Orange County Convention Center and their central location to all that Orlando has to offer (theme parks, International Drive, etc.) I bought side-by-side units to cater to businesses attending conventions and larger parties of vacationers who would like to stay together.

What makes this property unique

The 3rd bedroom is a bonus because of the 2 big double beds. No small twin beds. Also, the 3 floor plan allows everyone their own space at the end of the day with each bedroom having its own private bath.
