Located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a typical 19th-century house, it can comfortably accommodate 2 guests. The apartment comprises a living room opening onto a terrace with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with en-suite shower room. Casa Ao is situated right on the seafront. Phocéens Beach is located below the house and is just a minute’s walk away.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher...
- A master bedroom with sea views, featuring a queen-size bed (160x200)
- An en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower

Location:
By staying at Casa AO, you are choosing a traditional neighbourhood in France’s second-largest city, right by the sea. Heading out to your right, you’ll find the road leading to the Goudes and Callelongue (Calanque Longue) neighbourhoods. Heading out to your left, you’ll reach the city centre via the Bain des Dames and Pointe Rouge beaches and their waterside restaurants. Heading up the street, you’ll reach the Marseillveyre hills and the Pastré countryside with its famous Grotte Roland. A typical neighbourhood sought after for its quality of life, nestled between the city, the sea, the countryside and the hills.

Transport:
Bus No. 19 runs along the top of the street and will take you to the city centre. For a more unusual option, the open-top water bus, running from late April to late September, will take you to the Old Port by sea.
Parking in the surrounding streets is free with no time limit
Saint-Charles station is 45 minutes away by bus (No. 19) and Metro Line 2.
The airport is accessible via a shuttle bus to Saint-Charles station, but we recommend using taxis or ride-hailing services such as Uber.
