After a day in the sun, you'll love unwinding in this spacious house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a screened-in lanai! The Inlets community is quiet, peaceful and secure. All bookings require a renter application form, HOA review of that form and approval before booking will be finalized.

Great neighborhood, attentive host

Our stay was amazing. We booked long term and Dave was helpful throughout the entire stay and was always there to help out. The neighborhood is great; quiet and friendly. Had everything we needed at the house, 10/10!

Great place to stay in Nokomis (near Venice) FL area

Nice comfortable home with lanai in quiet gated community with tennis/pickleball courts, pool and hot tub. 1.6 mile drive, walk, bike or run to Nokomis beach for waterside dining, sunsets and drum circle. Neighbor feeds the marsh birds - which is probably not a good idea eco-wise but on the plus side you don't have to go past the driveway to see amazing avians. Quick drive to Venice for upscale downtown vibe. Kitchen is a little dated and it and the lanai furniture could have been a tad cleaner but not deal-breakers by any means.
