Spaciously updated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is just seconds from the beach and built for the perfect family Oregon Coast experience. With one king, four queens, and four twin beds, it comfortably sleeps 14+ people. Two bedrooms are located on the top floor, one bedroom on the main floor, and two additional bedrooms at ground level. With a large kitchen and living room, as well as a very spacious game room downstairs, there is plenty of space and comfort for entertaining. A few other perks are WIFI, flat screen TVs, a ping pong table, great water pressure :) and parking for 4 vehicles.

This Beach Retreat is on a quiet, dead end loop with close beach access. Soothing ocean sights and sounds along with fires on the beach, crabbing, fishing, and a private walkway to the beach all make this the perfect location and house for your Oregon Coast trip.

Julie’s house is absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need to have an amazing week at the beach. The kitchen is wellstocked and we all agreed that the beds are all comfortable. We are definitely planning to return. Highly recommend!

This beach house was a perfect stay for me and my family (several adult couples and five young children). The kitchen is awesome and game room was great for the kids. The beach is an easy walk down a path basically across the street. We would definitely come back!

Terrific beach house! Just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach, quiet location, no traffic, thoroughly enjoyed the ping-pong table as well as the large dining table for games! The kitchen was extremely well stocked as were the bedrooms with plenty of blankets and pillows and towels. I can’t think of anything that we would’ve changed.!

Plenty of room for our 14 member family in this by the ocean beach house. Large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, playroom, hot tub, etc. This was our 3rd year at this favorite location!

We had two families stay here for part of Spring Break. The house was comfortable with room to spare for all of us. We appreciated how well stocked the house was, and how close to the beach we were. Great place!

The house is in a wonderful location with plenty of room for a large family. The walk to the beach was very close & we spent a lot of time there. The game room was fun for the kids, young & old. We would have appreciated extra plastic trash bags as we had to buy more to accommodate our needs. Having said that, this house is well stocked with kitchen items, soaps, & bath towels.

Our stay was wonderful! The kids had a safe place to ride bikes/scooter, easy access to beach, and lots of room to either play together or separate for individual activities. The adults had space to cook, visit, tele-work, and play cards. Lots of bathrooms made life much easier and more comfortable for all.

The home is even better than the photos. We stayed here with all of our family and it never felt cramped. Everything in the home is such high quality. The bedrooms are all amazing. You can see the ocean from many different areas. This has become our new favorite house on the coast, will definitely be staying here again.

Wholesome friends weekend

Our group of 10 had a wonderful time coming down for a surf/coastal long weekend. Julie’s property had great shared spaces and amenities, lovely outdoor options with the hot tub and barbecue, and enough privacy for our group of 5 couples to all have our own spaces to recharge, as well. You can’t beat the short walk to the beach and the beautiful large windows letting natural light into the home - the location was unbelievable!
