In the same area, you will find a Movie Theater, and a host of restaurants and shops. Less than 10 min drive to downtown.

Why they chose this property

We lived here for almost 4 years after my wife purchased it. We recently settled into our forever home, and decided to run this house as a furnished rental.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! We are nestled just south of downtown. We are also just minutes away from the World Arena shopping center, the city's main event center/stadium. The house is 8 minutes away from The Broadmoor hotel.
