We had an excellent stay. The house was very clean, had all the amenities, was close to major destinations. The game room was amazing - our kids are still talking about the fun they had playing foosball! The restaurant recommendations from the hosts were fantastic!

Home was super clean-tons of room. Bathrooms were big with plenty of towels. We appreciated the toiletries, as we forgot a few things. Communication with the host was great. It was a nice neighborhood with grocery store nearby. Quick commute to COS airport.

Our stay was everything and more. Our Hosts responded quickly when we needed them, and the house was stocked well which was very helpful! Every room and bathroom was very clean and nice. The house is in a very good area with all we wanted to go see around Colorado Springs! My family felt very safe staying here, and another plus was a great view from the master bedroom! I highly recommend this house and host!

Fantastic Family-Friendly Stay with Beautiful Mountain Views!We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, exactly as pictured, and in a great location—20 minutes or less from most of the major Colorado Springs attractions. The mountain views were beautiful, too!This is an especially great property for families with kids. Our boys loved having a playground right across the street, along with the games, foosball table, and bunk beds. The hosts really thought of the little details that make a stay more comfortable, from the incredibly soft blankets and great pillows to oscillating fans and extra luggage racks. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated that they even had a high chair, stroller, and crib available for families with younger children.The beds were on the firmer side, which is worth mentioning for those with a preference. Also, all bedrooms are upstairs, which wasn’t an issue for us but may be something to consider for guests with mobility concerns.Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were friendly, responsive, and easy to work with throughout our stay.Overall, this was a fantastic home base for our Colorado Springs trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for families!

Place didn’t allow for the Colorado scenery and had lots of parked cars in front of the house. Lack of cleaning for the house and master shower didn’t drain.

A Great Stay

We were very satisfied with our stay at this property. The rental was everything that we needed and was in a great neighborhood especially with the park across the street. We will definitely rent this property on our next visit to Colorado Springs.

This VRBO is outstanding and perfect for families with children. The park across the street was so convenient and the game room and toys were an additional bonus. The bedrooms were large and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes and towels. We will definitely come back to this house in the future. The hosts were accommodating in meeting my request of a later checkout time which I really appreciated.

We absolutely loved this house. Our children loved the play area! And we walked across the street to enjoy the playground and park space. The house had everything we could need and was located in a great area. We got anywhere we needed in just 15 minutes.

Overall a great experience

The house was very clean and had lots of amenities and games! We really enjoyed the park across the street as well. It was in a great location and has lots of activities close by. The host were very responsive and answered any questions we had.
