Very secure, quiet, clean building with different parking gate, main door, and personal door codes. The apartment was immaculately clean. Very well equipped kitchen had all the utensils necessary for the two of us. Good quality dishes and cooking pots and pans. Nice coffeemaker, but as we drink instant coffee and lots of tea, we haven't used it, instead we bought an inexpensive whistling kettle at Super Target, maybe it will come handy to other guests.
Comfy, firm chair and couch in the living room. The king size bed is very comfortable without being too soft or too firm. The sheets are silky soft and smooth, though shifty; I would prefer cotton or cotton blend to polyester, but this is just my personal thing.
Shower has a nozzle with great water pressure and a curved shower-curtain bar. A hand-held shower would be convenient, but this was fine, too. The tub was a bit slippery, perhaps the owner might consider some non-abrasive tape or anti-slip spray, as a rubber mat might be too risky in times of pandemic. Thoughtful touches, such as a bath tub mat and soft and plush large bath sheets in addition to regular bath and hand towels.
Beach umbrella and very low beach chairs are provided, though we haven't used them. No beach towels, so don't forget to bring your own or buy it for a reasonable price in one of the many beach stores nearby (we bought ours at Super Target).
Excellent location. Small but very well kept private beach and clean grounds. Balcony has wonderful views and a drying rack. The building is one of the three high apartment buildings on the very tip of Lovers’ Key island and the beach connects under the bridge directly to the Lovers’ Key State Park beach with its wide open vistas. We enjoyed our walks along the beach all the way to the gulf side and the beautiful sunsets.
On our last day I finally came across the champagne glasses by sheer chance! They were on a kitchen shelf tall enough to accommodate them. So our last bottle of champagne was enjoyed properly.
We had a wonderful trip!
